Layton City Parks and Recreation Department will be accepting youth tackle football registration June 1 – June 30. Football registration can be done online or in person at the Parks and Recreation Office, 465 N Wasatch Dr, Layton. To complete the registration process the following items are required:
Registered participant must be weighed at the Parks and Recreation office for proper league classification
Copy of birth certificate
Current physical (within 6 months)
Signed Layton City Concussion Form
Proof of Layton City Residency (utility bill)
Signed WFFL Player Participation Agreement
