Liberty Days - Hometown Hero 2024 Nomination Form

The Hometown Hero Committee is seeking nominations for the 2024 Layton City Liberty Days' Hometown Heroes. Nominees should exemplify extraordinary acts of service, sacrifice, or dedication to their community. These individuals often work tirelessly behind the scenes, without seeking recognition or praise for their contributions

(Nominees should be Layton City residents or have strong ties to the Layton City community)

Selected Hometown Heroes will be the honored at the Kenley Amphitheater on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at the “Voices of Liberty” concert, and will ride on the Layton City Hometown Heroes float in the Liberty Days parade on Thursday, July 4, 2024.
