French Cooking Class
06:00 PM to 09:00 PM
From Ratatouille of Provence to the creamy sauces of Brittany learn classic French cuisine from a certified Parisian chef. Over the six-week period you will gain knowledge and know how, so that no French dish will intimidate and no one will dare question your cooking prowess! Actually, we will cook some delicious French food and have a really good time doing it. For more information contact Chet Barber at chet.barber@gmail.com. This class begin on January 24, 2017 and be taught every Tuesday for six weeks ending on February 28, 2017.
Cost of the class is $70 per person and payment can be made in the Layton High School Main Office during school hours (7:00 am -2:30 pm) OR with check, cash, debit card or credit card the night of the first class.
