From Ratatouille of Provence to the creamy sauces of Brittany learn classic French cuisine from a certified Parisian chef. Over the six-week period you will gain knowledge and know how, so that no French dish will intimidate and no one will dare question your cooking prowess! Cost of the class is $70 per person and payment can be made in the Layton High School Main Office during school hours (7:00 am -2:30 pm) OR with check, cash, debit card or credit card the night of the first class.
