Construction Notice:

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) and Layton City will be replacing/adding several dozen luminaire poles with decorative high lumen LED fixtures.  The project is part of UDOT's effort to enhance motorist and pedestrian safety.

Expected Impacts

Crews will be working along the shoulders and pedestrian sidewalks/ramps. Pedestrian detour routes will be in place when obsturcted. Motorists can expect occasional shoulder closures within the project limits. Traffic flow will remain unobstructed, but outside lanes may be closed briefly for equipment staging areas. This may delay traffic by a few minutes along the route

Begin Date: Tuesday, July 27^th, 2021
Substantial Completion Date: Late-September 2021
Work Hours: 7am - Sunset (Mon - Fri)
