Layton City Now Accepting 2023 RAMP Grant Applications
In 2015, Layton City voters approved the RAMP tax initiative, allowing for dedicated Recreation, Arts, Museums, and Parks (RAMP) funding for programs or facilities in Layton City. The Layton City RAMP Advisory Commission is pleased to announce that 2023 RAMP Grant Applications are now open for interested and qualified organizations. Deadline for application submission is January 3, 2023. Entities eligible for RAMP funding must meet one of the organizational criteria listed below.
- Government Entity
- An organization that holds a current Federal 501(c)3 status; and having as its primary purpose the advancement and preservation of Recreation, Arts, Museum, or Parks related programming
- An organization that holds a current State approved Non-Profit LLC status; and having as its primary purpose the advancement and preservation of Recreation, Arts, Museum, or Parks related programming

2023 RAMP Grant Important Dates

qualified entities

3, 2023- Deadline for all 2023 RAMP Grant applications

2023- City Council’s adoption of tentative budget including the tentative
2023 RAMP Awards
¨ June
2023- City Council Meeting - public hearing and adoption of 2023/2024 City
Budget including 2023 RAMP Awards
¨ July 2023- 2023 RAMP Award letters to be sent to successful applicants
¨ July 2023- 2023 RAMP funding is available to successful applicants
